ReBak is an IP based automated desktop backup solution on LAN / WAN. ReBak doesn’t depend on time synchronization method. Putting it simply, you don’t have to map or share network drives.
Also supports mobile users (dynamic IP). User friendly and designed as a web based program it seamlessly integrates with all platforms-WIN 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP and Novell. You can backup the destination you choose - client to client, client to server.
It also offers the flexibility of remote administration. Features include Automates your Backup, IP based backup, schedule your Backup (daily, weekly or monthly), compress before backup, encrypt backup, full or partial restore, backup of new or changed files only, Backup on intranet or internet i.e LAN or/and WAN, ·Unsurpassed Security and Safety, File filters, multi-threaded background processing, progressive Backup, Queue mechanism, Tracks pending jobs automatically and can recover from power or network connection failure - The backup or restore does not start from the beginning, Erase and delete the logs to keep track of recent jobs, auto shutdown of computer after backup, central administration, detail statistical logs of backup and restore, details of job profiles of all clients available on the ReBak server for the administrator, and many more. |
