The VRinspection.realestate software suite allows photographers and the web industry to quickly, easily and without web development or design expertise, take their 360 panoramic images and photos, floorplans and text, beyond the simple spin around a room, producing comprehensive and graphically stunning VRbrochure virtual inspections, complete with full client branding and contact details.
VRbrochures allow the user to visually `step inside` the 360 panoramic images of an area, using the interactive floorplan and linked images to `walkthrough` the property from room-to-room, while also allowing the user to zoom into still photos to view features for a closer inspection.
The `virtual movie` integrates all images into a fully scripted tour; with a `play` button offering the user a complete guided tour of the property.
Before VRinspections, comparable functionality was available only to clients with access to specialized web development expertise and large development budgets and even then, only possible with plug-in based systems.
The authoring tools do not replace the existing photographic and stitching products. They take the 360 panoramic image output from the stitching process and integrate it with the other media elements, and a template chosen from the library of professionally designed or custom client designs. Authored with a local facilities page as well as a property details page, the VRbrochure allows the agent to profile the lifestyle benefits of the area, as well as the property`s specific features.
Accessed via a simple link from any website, property portal listing, or a link embedded within a sales e-mail, VRbrochures offer the user the most complete virtual inspection experience available.
