Smartroster is the best new way to create superb schedules for churches, non-profit and commercial organisations.
You can schedule completely manually, using the drag-and-drop interface, completely automatically, or any combination in between.
SmartRoster offers a number of features to make sure people get their schedule, and remember when they are on duty, such as individualised reports, direct email to your volunteers, and automated email reminders.
SmartRoster removes bias when designing the schedule, and provides superb workload balancing while taking into account availability, work-together preferences, and fixed usage targets.
SmartRoster eliminates clashes and mistakes. It helps the scheduler remember who can perform in which roles and how often, and who is available for which event. It takes all personal preferences and absences into account when building the schedule.
