NewsParrot is a Usenet utility which allows you to search for free news servers.

NewsParrot enables you to search for a specific newsgroup on a list of open servers, and generate a list of servers, including the group name, other details, the speed, the number of articles held in the newsgroup, and whether it accepts non-member postings. These results can be saved both in HTML and TXT formats.

When you select a specific newsgroup of interest, the program can connect your default news reader to the requested server to import the selected newsgroup`s article headers.

Over 121 news servers are provided.
