MultiComm is a freeware which connects two computers, using a phoneline and a modem, and allows you to use any software between the two computers.(This does not require you to connect to the internet). This version includes three other programs, that can be used over the connection, setup using MultiComm.

1.Only one of the persons communicating pays for the phone call (Local telephone calls are free in some countries)
2.You don`t even have to pay for internet access if you just want to communicate with another computer in your locality.
