IconShop is an icon manager and extractor that can import Macintosh icons.

IconShop lets you view and extract icons from almost any type of file, including resource files, executables, and icon library files. It can even read Macintosh icons and it lets you view and extract icons from Macintosh resource files, IconDropper icon packs, Kaleidoscope schemes, and executable files. It can save any icon in a library as an icon, cursor, or a bitmap file.

IconShop provides an intuitive interface, letting you open files and folders by dragging and dropping from Explorer, and you can drag and drop icons between IconShop windows.

Other features of IconShop include: the ability to read and write ICL libraries and the ability to convert bitmap files to icons.
