Financial Freedom Inventory Pro 98 is a powerful, and full-featured inventory and invoicing program.

The toolbar displays eight icons which let you easily access the main `Managers` of the program, which include: Vendors, Purchase Orders, Products, Invoices, Customers, Receivers, Payments, and Reports. You can enter an unlimited number of records in each of these areas. The program supports multiple companies with separate data files.

The Vendor Manager lets you enter and modify your vendors. You can also print a vendor envelope with your company name and vendor address.

The PO Manager uses an `open` purchase order system which provides complete control of what you stock and how you do it. You can create a new PO in under 20 seconds by easily selecting vendors and products, and recalling line items. It displays real-time stock levels when entering purchase orders.

The Product Manager lets you enter and modify your product codes. Product codes work with both purchase orders and invoices, and you enter separate product descriptions which would appear on each. You can use product codes for merchandise, labor, consulting, shipping, etc. It also features stock level and reorder watches that let you tell the inventory system what you want your stock level to be for this product (you specify the maximum, minimum and target quantities). It also provides for non-stock and non-depleting stock codes for items that are not maintained by the inventory system (e.g. labor, shipping, etc.). The sales report tells you what products were sold and returned during the specified time period, so it is easy to identify your best sellers. Product codes also allow you to setup project codes or departmental codes to track special information.

The Customer Manager lets you enter and modify your customers. You can also print a customer statement and envelopes with your company name and customer address.

The Receiving Wizard is used to mark items ordered on purchase orders as being received. If you do not want to use receivers, you can use the auto-receive feature. Many companies process receivers to verify product was received before they pay for it and/or to monitor the receiving of products so they can stay on target with their production schedules.

The Payment Manager records payments (and partial payments) from customers.

The Report Wizard lets you generate a variety of reports for any time period. The reports include inventory, receiving, reorder, overstock, commitment, PO register, PO key codes, invoice key codes, invoice register, payment register, accounts receivable, profit, sales, and tax.

The Price Change Wizard lets you batch change product prices. You can have nine different batch pricing levels, which you assign to each product. You can also choose from three price change options (percent markup from cost, percent discount from list, or margin from cost).

The Form Letter Wizard lets you create and print notices, letters, and announcements to your customers which include specific information from their account (such as name, address, account balance, last payment, etc.).

The Label Wizard lets you create and print mailing lists and labels. It includes four Avery label layout files for the most common mailing label sizes, or you can create your own labels.

Financial Freedom Inventory Pro 98 also features partial searches on vendors, customers, products, invoices, etc.; the ability to customize your invoices and POs using any text, fonts and colors you choose; batch printing for POs, invoices, and customer statements; the ability to track point-of-sale and cash-based transactions; an Aging Chart which graphs your accounts receivable balance; a calculator; a calendar; support for international dates; one tax rate; password protection and audit trails; and more.
