At last, an affordable personal search utility for everyone. Search thousands of files using simple and complex searches (AND, OR, NOT, Proximity, etc.) and interact with your personal productivity tools, Microsoft Office Systems, Corel WordPerfect, Adobe Reader and Acrobat, and other office systems.
What is most significant about DocuQuest is its PRICE. For too long full-text search programs have been priced beyond the reach of most computer users. At the low end, tools like dtSearch sell for $200 per copy. At the high end, the prices for Xerox`s Docushare, Verity`s Ultraseek, and others aren`t even published . Primarily, this high level of pricing comes about because these companies aim their products at corporate buyers - not individuals. It`s very expensive to do trade shows, place magazine ads, pay salespeople, etc.
When DocuQuest was first introduced, it too was priced ($200 ) for the corporate marketplace. With its Version 3.0, DocuQuest is being re-introduced and aimed at the personal user. DocuQuest is competitive with or better than its higher priced rivals, but its new version is enhanced with exciting new features. More noteworthy, DocuQuest is being marketed with utility pricing ($39.95 ) and strictly marketed over the Internet at lower costs which are passed on to you. |
