BMPTOICO allows you to create new icons, cursors, and small bitmaps from your BMP, GIF, JPG, and WMF files.

The program supports multi-format icons, as well as color depths reaching true color levels, and includes an image editor, screen grabber, icon extractor, and cursor tester.

In addition, you can modify the color depth and size, and add a special effect, including a buttonizer.
