`Alive Event Manager represents a versatile electronic calendar, which will not allow you to miss any important event (a memorable date, a birthday, etc.). All entries made in Alive Event Manager can be executed as separate subject folders similarly to the Windows explorer. An arbitrary number of folders (for example, family celebrations, corporative holidays, public events, etc.) can be created. Each event in Alive Event Manager contains necessary fields: header, date and time, priority, and a text field for remarks.
In Alive Event Manager you can not only create, change or delete events, but also look through the list of events for a particular date. A ready list of events can be printed out or saved to a file.
The Export/Import and Synchronization options, which are realized in Alive Event Manager, considerably facilitate the data transfer. For example, you can use the export feature to load all corporative holidays or birthdays of employees, which were entered by your colleague.
A very significant function built into Alive Event Manager is almost unlimited opportunities for adjustment of the reminder and recurrence of each event. These opportunities are so diverse that just some of them are enumerated below:
- The reminder can be preset for any period before or after occurrence of an event (for example, remind 1 day, a week, a month, etc. before).
- The reminder can be repeated at preset intervals of time.
- The display of the reminder window can be accompanied by a sound, such as a bird song, a horn, a train sound, etc.
- Events can be repeated at any intervals, for example, every day, month, year, etc.
Alive Event Manager indeed is very easy and handy to use, making it an excellent present.`
