myDynIPPro is a monitoring solution and an IP automatic updater. The application runs as a NT Service and has a management interface to configure it. The client enable you to automatically ping different IP devices in your network (routers, servers, switches, etc), helps you to check URLs and know how to detect yout local/remote IP address and with any other stored settings (like username, password, hostname, etc) sends them to your DNS or DDNS service provider. Support multiple accounts even for different DDNS providers and has remote administration.
The client knows how to send notifications via email, run external applications triggered by events notifications and also knows how to call VBScript functions for easy integration with the user back-end. We support IP Detection through SNMP queries, secure updates through GnuDIP2 and Windows2000 DNS Server besides the http updates. The client allows 3rd party components for `IP Detection`, `Update` and `Notification`.
Also, it supports a configuration interface, making the integration with other applications easier. The application is small, customizable, easy to configure and deploy, being a successful candidate for normal and critical mission platforms. |
