Ultimate Paint is a full-featured graphics program
for image creation, viewing and manipulation.
JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PCX, AVI, WMF/EMF, TGA, ICO
and IFF image formats and Twain compatible
scanners are supported. It has very flexible
brush handling which encourages creative drawing
- similar to what good old Deluxe Paint had.
Basic features include resizing, rotating, flood
filling, text operations and a lot more. Multiple
Undo/Redo, total control over file parameters.
You can also retouch and enhance photos using a
comprehensive set of built-in tools and plug-ins:
comes with dozens (more than a hundred!) of cool
plug-in filters and image effects. Adobe plug-in
support is also provided.
