This program offers computer animations of most interesting experiments and phenomena on physics (waves, mechanics, optics, thermodynamics, etc). All animations are accompanied with theoretical explanations. Program was prepared in the form of compiled HTML help file (CHM-archive) with hyperlinks and search possibilities.
This archive contains small GIF-animations, while some highly compressed big video-animations (AVIs) are loaded from Internet when you work on-line. You can order CD- or DVD-disk with full version of this program and high-quality videos.
Disk `Physics Animations` contains video-clips (AVIs, 800x600 and 420x315 pixels), GIF-animations (420x315 and 100x75 pixels) as well as high-quality 1-minute video-clips compressed in DVD format (MPEG-2). DVD content is playable both with TV DVD-player and with your computer DVD-player. Format of disk (DVD-R or DVD+R) and TV system (PAL 720x576 or NTSC 720x480) is given on the label of the disk. Default options: DVD-R, NTSC (for USA, Canada, Japan, Taiwan), PAL (for other countries). |
