DWARF document management system (DWARF DMS) is multi-user system that allows automation of office work, creation of archives and information-retrieval systems of different purposes.

It can also be used to organize electronic flow work based on local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) or Internet placement of organization subdivisions.

The main goal of DWARF DMS is to create common information space for organizations and companies and to organize electronic flow work based on modern information technologies.

DWARF is a set of ready-to-use solutions: Electronic Flow Work, Stuff, Archive, Contract and more.

DWARF is a universal system that allows creation of specialized applications in very short terms.

DWARF is a scalable system. Single and multi user versions are available.

MAIN FEATURES:

Uses on SQL technology (Oracle, SQLBase), uses Intranet/Internet technology.

To provide visual and easy representation of stored information the documents tree is used. Heading quantity is practically endless.

Documents are treated as attributive part (card) and some compound parts (files) aggregation. Multiple versions of compound parts are supported.

Information can be queried by attributive part as well as by compound parts content. To provide global information search system supports full indexing of documents’ contents.

Uses visual tools for creating new user-defined information objects. User can also define the form of reports for every object type. Reports are the MSWord 97 files.

Third party products may process documents.

System supports access limitation to stored information (by secret level criteria as well as by performed operation (view, edit, add, delete) criteria). Users groups are supported to provide easy and quick rights differentiation.

Uses RSA and DES for security.

Automatic interaction with e-mail systems.

HTML-documents support.
