Cleanup old or unused files automatically on workstations or on server shared drives of your Company.
Delenda identifies files older than n days
according to parameters you set, based on file creation, modification, last accessed date
and deletes or moves them to archive folders.
3 methods for deletion:<br>
- delete old files immediatly <br>
- delete files and send files to Recycle Bin <br>
- transfer aged data toward an archive folder.
You will be able to dispatch files from a source folder to another when they reach a certain number of hours or days, monitor number of files in each file structure, define daily purge time for cleaning, exclude some days of the week if necessary.
