Customers will also discover the ability to transfer entire folders and leave messages on the server when the needed user is offline. When it comes to ease-of-use, CommFort lives up to its name. Its clear interface has the chat window, the list of users and the message entry bar at the bottom. To use CommFort, you only need to specify the IP address or name of the dedicated server in the settings mode. Using this module, you can also customize the program settings based on your individual preferences. You can set it to show emoticons, images and calendar; sort the list of users; enable sound alerts as well as logging of general or private channels and messages. User profiles let you set a name, color, and pictogram for chat users. This resembles the way sms messages are delivered to the cell phone owner who has been temporarily unavailable. Other changes include the ability to paste an image directly to the chat window, the ability to transfer files and even entire folders.
