ChargeMeter allows you to track how much money (if any) you are spending when you are connected to the Internet.

ChargeMeter also lets you record a history of your connections, so you can find out when and how much money you spent when you were on-line.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
