Gallop Download Accelerator is a your ActiveX DLL which improves speed of downloading a file from the Internet by 300 times.
All features of the currently popular Commercial Download Accelerators are included. More than this, check-out Gallops Events Trapping Technology.
Gallop traps the download event much before any accelerators on your desktop can get the event. This is particularly important for your programming. Plenty of programming examples are available in the Retail Version from Getting Started Tutorials to Advanced IE Acceleration Classes.
ActiveX DLL Features:
1. Allows Setting Extensions like EXE ZIP ARJ RAR LZH Z GZ GZIP TAR BIN MP3 AVI MPG MPEG MOV WMA WMV and others
2. Total Download File Management System. Tracks a file previously downloaded on network or your machine.
3. Allows Proxy Server Access with HTTP, FTP Protocols.
What is Bandwidth Bill Saver ? Saves your internet bandwidth bills by tracking a previously downloaded file locally or from the network. Regular repetitive downloads of required zip, mp3, pdf,exe, doc, jpg, gif etc files accounts for large ISP bills. BBS installation safely controls these issues by working in the background to copy your file from your own machine or from the network.
Full Client-Server Database is provided which tracks all files downloaded on every machine as per the extensions you set. The concept works for both an single or a networked computer with proxy settings.
For downloading new files not found on BBS server, the application safely allows your own favorite download accelerator to download the file or may of course use the supplied Gallop Download Accelerator tool which too improves the download speeds upto 300 percent, resumes broken downloads and recovers from dropped connections.
